Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

At Standhaft, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us through this site, in line with Argentina’s Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data.

1. Who we are

Standhaft is a process and automation consultancy based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This policy applies to the standhaft.com.ar site and describes what information we collect, why we use it, and what rights you have over it.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data in two situations:

  • Contact form: when you fill out the form on the site, we receive your name, email address, and the message you write us. This submission is processed by our provider, Web3Forms.
  • Site analytics: we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate and anonymized form, how the site is used (pages visited, time on page, traffic source). This tool may use cookies or similar identifiers.

3. Why we use your data

  • To respond to your inquiry when you write to us through the contact form.
  • To understand and improve how the site works, based on aggregate usage statistics.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes unrelated to Standhaft.

4. Who we share data with

We use the following providers to operate the site; they process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:

  • Web3Forms — contact form submission.
  • Google (Tag Manager / Analytics) — site usage analytics.
  • Cloudflare — site hosting and delivery.

5. Cookies

This site may use first- and third-party cookies (through Google Analytics) for statistical purposes. You can configure your browser to reject or delete cookies; this does not affect your ability to browse the site or use the contact form.

6. Your rights

Under Law No. 25,326, you have the right to access, rectify, update, or request the deletion of your personal data. The data subject may exercise the right of access to their own data free of charge, within the scope and exceptions set out in that law. Argentina’s Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory authority for Law No. 25,326, is responsible for handling complaints related to non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

To exercise these rights, you can write to us through the site’s contact form, stating your request.

7. Data retention

We retain data submitted through the contact form for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, and afterward only if there is an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation requiring it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes to the site or to applicable regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.

9. Contact

If you have questions about this privacy policy or about how your data is handled, you can contact us through the site’s contact form.
